The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. This dashboard does not reflect the status of other systems which OSFA interacts with or relies upon, such as digital identitylogin services. Refer to Using the Online services for agents dashboardfor more information on why the dashboard may not reflect your experience.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We’re currently experiencing issues with viewing communication history, Practice mail, client mail and opening Notice of Assessments (NOA). This may affect search results when accessing communication history for your practice, or for a specific client.
