The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. This dashboard does not reflect the status of other systems which OSFA interacts with or relies upon, such as digital identitylogin services. Refer to Using the Online services for agents dashboardfor more information on why the dashboard may not reflect your experience.
Digital ID service degradation
Some users are experiencing issues using Digital ID to access some government online services, including the ABR. This has been identified as non-impacting for the Online services for agents. We are working to resolve this as a priority and apologise for the inconvenience.
