Get email notifications whenever OSFA creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Get text message notifications whenever OSFA creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
We are aware that some agents may receive an error or have issues when attempting to login. If this occurs clear the cache and attempt to try again. In some circumstances using another browser may be an alternative option. We are working to resolve this as a priority.
