If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Intermittent login error – 13 to 21 November
We identified an intermittent system issue impacting a very small number of users, preventing them from logging into OSFA between the 13th and 21st of November. This issue has now been fixed and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. If this issue resulted in Activity Statements being lodged late, please seek remediation using the Practice Mail Topic/Subject Activity Statements/Remission of failure to lodge on time penalty. Please provide details of each late lodgment to enable us to locate and remediate any penalties applied.

Get text message notifications whenever OSFA creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
This incident has been resolved. If you experience problems accessing a prior submitted report, resubmit and download again as per the instructions for this function.

Investigating
Some agents may request on-demand Income Tax lodgment status and outstanding Activity Statement reports that subsequently are not returned. Tax agents using Practice Management Software can access the Income Tax report through their software along with a similar report for Activity Statements.
We are acutely aware that BAS and some Tax agents are especially impacted by the failure of Activity Statement reports in OSFA. Hence, we are working to resolve this issue as a priority.
