If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Get email notifications whenever OSFA creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Get text message notifications whenever OSFA creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
The issue has been identified and a fix has been implemented. We are monitoring the results.

Investigating
We are aware that some agents may receive an error or have issues when attempting to login. If this occurs clear the cache and attempt to try again. In some circumstances using another browser may be an alternative option.
