The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online services for agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Online services for agents will be unavailable from 11:30 pm AEST Friday 30 September to 7:00 am AEST Saturday 1 October. Functionality may be returned earlier if the maintenance is proceeding ahead of schedule. For further information refer to systems maintenancepage.

Get email notifications whenever OSFA creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Get text message notifications whenever OSFA creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
