The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. This dashboard does not reflect the status of other systems which OSFA interacts with or relies upon, such as digital identitylogin services. Refer to Using the Online services for agents dashboardfor more information on why the dashboard may not reflect your experience.
A fix has been deployed and all services are operating as expected. We will continue to monitor performance throughout the day.

Investigating
Some users are currently unable to use Digital ID to access government online services. Services Australia are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
