The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. We are currently investigating ATO system issues impacting a number of our digital services including the practitioner lodgment service (PLS) and online services for agents. Please do not call us about this issue. We are working to resolve with the highest priority.
