The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. myGovID and RAM Outage

From 11:30pm AEST Thursday, 9 May until 7:00am AEST Friday, 10 May 2024 myGovID and RAM will be undergoing system maintenance. Online Services for Agents and Businesses may not be accessible during this period.
