If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
In relation to the intermittent issues when viewing client correspondence. We have confirmed this is only impacting correspondence and communications generated between 31 August and 3 September, 2019. We are in the process of fixing the problem and will advise when it has been fully resolved.
