About the dashboard

The dashboard uses real time data to tell you if Online Services for Agents is functioning normally or experiencing issues. If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. myGovID Scheduled maintenance

From 11:30 PM AEST Thursday, 19 September 2024 to 4:30 AM AEST Friday, 20 September 2024 myGovID will be undergoing system maintenance. Online services for Agents may not be accessible during this period.
