If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Document retrieval maintenance
From 11:30 pm AEDT Friday, 7 February 2025, to 7:00 am AEDT Monday, 10 February 2025, you may experience issues when attempting to access practice mail or download documents due to system maintenance. Other services should not be impacted, unless specified elsewhere.
