If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Current system status
Get email notifications whenever OSFA creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Get text message notifications whenever OSFA creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring messages flowing through to their respective destinations. The backlog was finalised overnight, and we are now looking to finish inbound items sent yesterday 15 July 2021.

We are currently investigating delays in processing inbound (to the ATO) messages sent via practice mail.
