If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Get email notifications whenever OSFA creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Get text message notifications whenever OSFA creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
A fix has been applied and new credit card payments are being accepted. We will continue to monitor the results.

Users with previously saved credit card details can still use the credit card payment facilities. The current outage is only impacting the use of new card payments.
