If there has been an outage or a change in the operational status and if after 15 minutes your experience is not reflected contact the ATO. Get email notifications whenever OSFA creates, updates or resolves an incident.
Get text message notifications whenever OSFA creates or resolves an incident.
Get webhook notifications whenever OSFA creates an incident, updates an incident, resolves an incident or changes a component status.
The issue has been identified, a fix has been implemented and we continue to work ensuring ongoing stability of our service.

Investigating
We continue to actively manage and investigate the performance and access issues experienced with Online Services for Agents (OSFA) intermittently since yesterday [update provided at 15:30 AEST 22 June 2021].
